How do I become an iRewards member?
Everyone is a member from their first real money transaction onward. BorgataCasino and BorgataPoker offer the most exclusive, valuable, enjoyable and wide ranging loyalty program available in New Jersey.
How do I collect iReward points (iRP)?
You start collecting points from the moment you make your first real-money wager – whether you’re playing on BorgataCasino or BorgataPoker. For detailed information on how to collect points, please go to the “IRewards” section of the website.
How do I spend my points?
At the iRewards Store, you can redeem the points you have collected for a wide range of products: cash and bonuses, clothing and accessories, electronics, and lifestyle and luxury items. You will also be able to redeem your points for comp dollars to be used at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa for rooms, dining, spa, or retail stores. How do I become a Red Label, Red Label Plus, Silver, Black Label, Black Label Elite member?
Everybody starts out as a Red Label member. Earning more iReward Points will afford you entry into higher status levels. You must earn the same or more iRPs during subsequent rating periods to maintain or increase your status level.
When/why can I lose my status?
If you do not collect enough points during a loyalty tier’s specified time frame, you will lose your status. The point counter is reset to 0 every month or every quarter, depending on your current loyalty level. See the “VIP & iRewards” page for details on each specific loyalty tier.
Will my loyalty points ever expire?
Yes, reward points are valid for 180 days from the date you earn them. On the first day of every month we will expire all Reward Points in your account that are older than 180 days. If you are inactive for 180 consecutive days your account will be marked “Inactive” and your entire point balance will be set to zero. See the “IREWARDS” page for details on each specific loyalty tier.
Where can I see my points?
Log in and click the “Rewards” button, your points balance will be displayed in the upper right hand corner of the window.
Where can I see my status?
Log in and hover your mouse over the iRewards points balance to the right of the “Deposit” button.
How quickly are the points credited to my account?
We always credit the points to your account within 24 hours
How can I cancel my membership?
You may cancel at any time, but you lose everything – your status and your points. This service is provided free of charge; just contact the Customer Service team.
To which countries does BorgataCasino send goods?
Shipping is worldwide. Certain restrictions and exclusions may apply.
How long, in days, is the delivery period?
We do our best to complete shipment within two weeks. Please contact our Customer Service Team if more than two weeks has passed, and we’ll be happy to investigate on your behalf.
Will you charge me for postage and packaging?
Postage and packaging will be incorporated into the total points value of the item purchased.
I am not at home during the day. Can I have my order sent to another address instead?
Of course. You decide where we should send your parcel. But it is important that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Changing it later will not guarantee its delivery destination.
What should I do if a delivery is incomplete or damaged?
Please inform us of any damaged items as soon as you notice a problem. Our Customer Service team will take care of this. Contact us and we will seek a resolution for you.
How do I get my points back if I return damaged goods?
As soon as your parcel reaches us and the complaint has been verified, we will credit the points to your account immediately. Postage fees are paid by Borgata Casino if you return the goods within the return period because of damage or erroneous delivery.
Can I pay in the Points Store using other payment methods?
No. Only points are accepted.
