What is a bonus?
A bonus is an incentive that we offer to real money players so that you may play more on our real money games. Bonuses may involve a real money amount, a slots tournament entry, free spins. For details on Poker bonuses, visit the Poker section of the FAQs. Depending on the bonus type, the real money amount may be added to your account before or after the play requirements have been met. A bonus will require you to play our games to a specific level within a specified time period to remove the restrictions on the real money amount. These are commonly referred to as Wager Requirements (WR) or Playthrough Requirements. The details are always available within the offers Terms and Conditions section. If you are not able to meet the play requirements at the end of the specified time period, some amount may be claimed back. You will always have access to your deposited funds for game play or withdrawal. However incomplete bonus funds and related winnings may be subject to removal. Please note that you will not be able to move bonus funds or deposited funds tied to in progress bonuses across Casino and Poker platforms. Bonuses redeemed are only usable within the platform where they were redeemed.
What is a bonus code?
A bonus code is a string of letters or numbers that you must enter when making a deposit or registering for an account if you want to be eligible for the bonus offer. You can find bonus codes in various media, including promotional emails and advertisements on our websites or elsewhere.
What are the different types of bonuses?
• Deposit Bonuses: Players can activate these bonuses by making a deposit. Some deposit bonuses may have a minimum deposit requirement as well. The bonus amount offered may be fixed or may be a percentage of your deposit amount.
• Fixed bonus: The bonus amount offered is a fixed amount e.g., $20 extra on a deposit of $50. This will give you $70 to play with.
• Percentage bonus: The bonus amount offered is a percentage of your deposit amount (subject to a maximum), e.g., 100% of deposit amount extra up to a maximum of $100. So a deposit of $100 would earn you a $100 bonus giving you $200 for game play.
What is a Withdrawal Restricted bonus?
In a Withdrawal Restricted Bonus, the bonus amount is added to a player’s account directly so that the player can play specific games with this amount. A withdrawal restricted bonus may be configured to restrict bonus, deposit or winning amounts. The player may not be able to withdraw the restricted amount or take it to other games. If you are not able to meet the play requirements in the validity period, the bonus and/or winning amounts will be claimed back at the expiration of the bonus validity.
What is a Play Restricted bonus?
In a Play Restricted Bonus, the bonus amount will be added to a player’s account once the play requirements have been met. Once this amount is released to your account, you may take it to any game or withdraw it. The total bonus amount in a play restricted bonus may be released to you in multiple equal parts. The play requirements are also equally divided over the parts. If you are not able to meet the play requirements in the bonus validity period, then the remaining parts are not released to you.
What is the current restricted amount?
A withdrawal restricted bonus may be configured to restrict bonus, deposit or winning amounts. This amount is the current restricted amount and can be taken to valid games. The player may not be able to withdraw the restricted amount or take it to other games. As you play the valid games the current restricted amount may go up or down. If you have multiple withdrawal restricted bonuses, each bonus will generate its own restricted amount with its own conditions. But the total restricted amount will be visible as your restricted balance. If you are not able to meet the play requirements in the validity period, the bonus and/or winning amounts will be removed at the expiration of the bonus validity.
What is the expiration date?
Our bonuses are a limited time offer. A player must meet the play requirements before the expiration date. If you are not able to meet the play requirements by the expiration date, the bonus, or a combination of bonus and winning amounts will be removed when the bonus expires.
What are the play requirements?
A bonus will require you to play our games to a specific level within a specified time period to remove the restrictions on the real money amount. This is commonly referred to as Wager Requirements (WR) or Playthrough Requirement. Play requirements will be fixed (for fixed bonus amounts) or will vary with the deposit amount (for percentage bonus amounts). Once you have deposited, the play requirements will be fixed. Play requirements may be measured in points, money wagered or raked hands in Poker. For example, if you receive a bonus in the amount of USD 20 with a WR of x2 you will be required to wager the amount of your bonus x2, in this case USD 40 before the bonus amount is released and available for withdrawal. Always be sure to read the bonus Terms and Conditions for each promotion to fully understand how each specific bonus works.
What are the valid games?
The play requirements of a bonus can be met by playing specific games only. The valid games will be visible in the bonus details before you activate a bonus. Playing other games may not count toward releasing the bonus restrictions. For Withdrawal Restricted Bonuses, the bonus amount can only be used on the valid games. Some bonuses may restrict your deposit amount and winnings as well. For Play Restricted Bonuses, you can use your deposit amount on any game, but playing other games may not count toward releasing the bonus restrictions.
How many bonuses can I have at one time?
A player can redeem (accept) as many bonuses as they have available, however they may only play into (towards) one at a time.
Am I allowed to choose the bonus that is active?
Yes. Click on the rewards button then select the “bonus” tab, you can use the “Resume” link to activate the bonus that you want. The bonus that is currently active will be paused automatically. You may pause or resume bonuses any number of times.
I have one bonus on poker and another bonus on casino. If I make my casino bonus active, will I be able to clear my poker bonus at the same time?
Yes. If you activate the casino bonus and play poker, your poker activity will be counted toward the poker bonus. Activity on games valid for a bonus will be counted toward the play requirements. In case the two bonuses have overlapping valid games, then the activity on overlapping games is applied to the bonus that is active or was activated earlier if both are paused.
Can I use a bonus code that was offered to a friend or that I found on the Internet?
Bonus codes may be targeted to specific players by our player promotions and marketing teams. Bonus codes that are targeted to a player are visible in their new bonuses page. Other players will not be able to use targeted bonus codes. Other bonus offers may be offered to all players and are usually part of a wider promotion. Such bonus offers may be advertised on the Promotions section or other pages of our website. Our promotions and marketing teams may use other methods (banners, emails, direct mailers, etc.) to reach you.
What will happen if I opt out of a bonus?
When you opt out of a bonus, you will no longer be able to claim the extra bonus amount. Upon clicking the opt out button, you will be shown a confirmation message showing any amount that may be claimed back. If you proceed to opt out of the bonus, there is no way to undo the forfeiture. The forfeiture may claim your bonus or/and winnings back. The play activity will not be applied to any other bonus. Your bonus details will now be visible in the “Bonus history.”
I lost part of the restricted money. If I make a deposit, will money be added to the restricted balance?
No. If you deposit with another bonus code, this deposit will be covered by the requirements of the new bonus.
I lost all of my restricted money. Do I still have to clear the restrictions the next time I make a deposit?
Once the restricted amount balance becomes zero, the bonus is marked exhausted. You may want to use another bonus code for the next deposit.
If I withdraw money after a bonus offer was made available to me, will I get the bonus on my next deposit if I use the code from that bonus offer?
In some cases, you will not qualify for the bonus if you have withdrawn money after a bonus offer was made available to you.
Where can I see my past bonuses?
You can see your previous bonuses from the last 12 months on the “Bonus history” page.
I see different states in the bonuses on my Bonus history page. What do they mean?
Released: If you are able to complete the play requirements before the bonus expiration date, the restrictions on the bonus amount will be released. After the amount has been released, all restrictions on this amount are removed, and it will be free for use in any game you choose. Forfeited: If you are no longer interested in the bonus offer, you may opt out of the bonus. The money that you deposited will still be yours. In case of withdrawal restricted bonuses, the bonus amount (and winnings if configured) will be withdrawn and your balance may reduce. Expired: If the player cannot meet the release conditions in the given validity then the bonus will expire on the expiration date. In case of withdrawal restricted bonuses, the bonus amount (and winnings if configured) will be withdrawn and your balance may reduce. Exhausted: A bonus is exhausted if the restricted amount has reduced to zero.
What part of my deposit amount will become a part of the restricted amount?
The restricted amount is calculated based on a simple rule: it is that portion of your deposit amount that would have resulted in the same bonus amount being awarded to you. Let's use the following example: the bonus offer is 20% (up to $100), and the minimum deposit required to take advantage of the bonus offer is $50. If you deposit $100, then a $100 deposit amount will be part of your restricted balance. This $100 deposit will result in a $20 withdrawal restricted bonus being added to your account (20% of $100). If you deposit $250, then a $250 deposit amount will be part of your restricted balance. This $250 deposit will result in a $50 withdrawal restricted bonus being added to your account (20% of $250). If you deposit $500, then a $500 deposit amount will be part of your restricted balance. This $500 deposit will result in a $100 withdrawal restricted bonus being added to your account (20% of $500). If you deposit $510, then only the first $500 will apply to your restricted balance. As described above, that first $500 will result in a $100 withdrawal restricted bonus being added to your account. Depositing more than $500 will not increase the bonus amount.
How is the restricted amount used when I take money to a game?
When you are taking money to a game for which there is a restricted balance, then the required funds will be taken from the restricted balance first. If the buy-in amount is greater than the current restricted amount for that specific game, then the balance will be taken from your available balance.
I took part of my restricted amount money and part of my available money. My win on the game was added to the restricted amount even though the bonus did not specify that winning was restricted. Why was that?
When you leave a game, any money that has been taken from available money is first added back. The remaining money is then added back to the restricted amount until it is equal to the initial restricted amount. If any money is left over, it will be added to your available money if the winnings are not restricted. Otherwise, it will be added to the restricted amount for that bonus.
What determines which winnings will be included in the restricted balance?
Winnings included in the restricted amount of a withdrawal restricted bonus are limited to those winnings that result from the use of the restricted amount (and only if those winnings are to be restricted as per the bonus offer terms and conditions). There is no maximum cap on how much winnings may be restricted. If a player has active withdrawal restricted bonuses where the winnings are restricted, the winnings amount gets added to the restricted balance for that bonus until the bonus release conditions have been met.
Can I reuse the same bonus code again?
Not all bonuses can be reused. You may have received a reusable bonus under a special campaign. A reusable bonus campaign allows the player to use the same bonus code multiple times till the limit on the total bonus amount or the number of deposits is met. Such a reusable bonus will be a play restricted bonus. Remember, the reusable bonus will be offered for a limited time offer. Sometimes we may also have limited time campaigns when we advertise a bonus code on our pages to all our players. Players may make multiple deposits during this time using the same bonus code.
A bonus offered to me asks me to choose between multiple bonus codes. What is this offer?
Some of our bonus campaigns may present players with a choice of bonuses. The player may choose one of the bonuses offered. The bonuses may be different in the valid games, play requirements, etc. Once you have chosen your bonus, the other offers will be removed and you will play on the bonus of your choice. So choose according to your interests and skills.
I have received an offer that presents a sequence of bonuses. What is this offer?
Some of our bonus campaigns may present players with a sequence of bonuses that they should achieve one by one. If the player is able to meet the requirements of one bonus within time she may be offered the next bonus. Until that time, the subsequent bonuses will appear as locked. A wait period may also be possible between releasing the current bonus and starting on the next bonus in the sequence. The link between the bonuses may be broken if the player is not able to meet the requirements of the bonuses within time or if the player makes a withdrawal.
