What if I have forgotten my password?

Passwords cannot be retrieved for security reasons, which means you'll need to create a new password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Can’t access your account?” link in the login box. We will send an email with instructions to your registered email address. You can also contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

Why can't I log in to my account?

If you cannot log in or the Lobby is not opening:,

• Make sure you are connected to the Internet

• If you’re running any firewall software, such as Zone Alarm, McAfee or Norton Internet Security, make sure it will allow BorgataCasino to access your computer.

• Virtual Private Network (VPN) or Virtual Network Client (VNC) software will interfere with the BorgataCasino software. Please disable it when trying to play.

  • If ports 2147 and 443 are blocked by a modem or router, please unblock them

  • Please refer to our Customer Service Team if you receive any error messages when you attempt to log in.
  • What if I am having connectivity problems or Internet delays?

    • If a high number of Internet gateways fall between our site and your system, slow performance of any of these intermediate servers may cause Internet delays or disconnections

    • Your connection bandwidth

    • The configuration of your system

    • The number of applications you are running that access the Internet

    • The amount of available memory space on your system

    • To improve your connectivity and game-play experience, we recommend the following:

    • Periodically delete temporary Internet files and cookies from your browser to maintain a healthy Internet connection.

    • If you have a dial-up connection, which is the minimum requirement, you may wish to upgrade to a cable or fixed-line Internet connection to minimize the chances of disconnections. We recommend that you upgrade to a high-speed/broadband Internet connection to improve your site experience. You may wish to contact your Internet service provider for further assistance.

    • Use a stable Internet connection to play our games. Your Internet connection plays a vital role in connectivity to our game servers.

    • If you have a high speed/broadband Internet connection, we recommend that you do not use any other applications while you are playing our games.

  • Avoid using media streaming applications as these applications leave very little bandwidth available for our applications.
  • What if I am unable to view the web pages?

    Make sure you are connected to the Internet and able to browse other websites. Also, delete temporary Internet files and cookies from your browser. Reduce the privacy to low in your browser in order to accept cookies.
