How do I withdraw from my account?

Log in to your account and select ‘Cashier’ or “Withdrawal.” You will then be presented with a list of our withdrawal options. Select which option you wish to use and follow the instructions given. We may, always at our sole discretion, choose to pay part or all of your withdrawals by reversing any prior charges made to a credit/debit card or virtual payment account first. Once completed, you will receive an email receipt containing a confirmation number and detailed information regarding the withdrawal, including how it is being sent to you. Please keep this receipt for your records.

Are there any restrictions before I can withdraw money?

If you have received complimentary or bonus money into your account, you must comply with any bonus restrictions contained in the offer and/or with the sites' terms and conditions. If you have not satisfied these restrictions, you will be unable to withdraw any amount until the bonus restrictions have been met.

Can I modify/cancel my withdrawal after I make it?

Depending on the status of your withdrawal, you may or may not be able to modify or cancel before it is actually approved/processed. Check this by going to the cashier, clicking “Deposits” and seeing if the withdrawal is still pending; if it is, you will be able to cancel all or part of it and have the money automatically deposited back to your account.

How long after I request a withdrawal will I receive my money?

How do I check the status of my withdrawal?

Log in to your account and go the cashier. Select “Withdrawal,” then the “Transaction History” link to check the status of each withdrawal.
