1.) What are my deposit options?
BorgataCasino.com is pleased to offer a wide range of depositing options. You can deposit using your MasterCard or Visa credit card. You can do a bank transfer (e-Check) or you can use a pre-established online banking account with Bill Pay turned on to fund your account.
2.) Why was my deposit rejected?
Sorry about that! Here are some top tips for successful deposits:
Credit Cards - If you have attempted to deposit using a credit card, your bank may have rejected the transaction. Some banking companies do not accept credit cards for these types of transactions. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and ask that you try to deposit using another method, such as Instant e-checks (ACH) or online banking. If you prefer to use your credit card, you can open a Borgata Prepaid Card account or Neteller account and fund it with your VISA or Mastercard.
Instant e-checks - Make sure your bank account and routing numbers are accurate. Certegy, the company who processes these transactions for us, uses certain risk rules to determine whether or not to allow a transaction. One factor in this approval is the transaction amount. Because of this, you may also see success by trying a smaller deposit amount.
Online Banking - You must have the “Bill Pay” feature enabled on your online banking account before you can use this deposit method. You must also have sufficient funds available in your account.
3.) Why hasn't my deposit appeared in my account?
Sometimes it can take a short period of time for your deposit to appear in your account. If you have deposited using a credit card or an e-wallet, and the transaction was successful, and the money has not been deposited into your account within 30 minutes, please contact our customer care department.
